Poland is a gorgeous country. The wedding will take place in a part of northern Poland with stunning wild beaches. You should also take the opportunity to fly into Gdansk and spend a couple days in tri-city area of Gdansk, Sopot and Gdynia (though Gdansk is probably the pick of the three). On the way to the Apollo, you might stop for a night or two at the Hotel Neptun, in Łeba.

Also, just south of the Apollo, there's the famous Kashubia area (Kaszuby in Polish), known for its many lakes and unique language and culture.
